Zero possibilities to grow up, average seniority level very very low. Ridiculous infrastructure compared to the needs and completely missing a sysadmin to manage it. Zero possibilities to propose or try new technologies. Employees are not respected and esteemed. Low salary.

Flexible working hours (it's not required to punch the clock)

The internal communication is basically null. No one knows what the other departments are working on, and doesn’t matter if they’re working on your same project. No regular meetings planned. None of the promises made by the board are respected. No bonus given without any valid motivation, even if the target are fully reached. Too many racists people (cmon guys, we are in 2018!). ICT and Developer teams absolutely not committed and never supporting the business needs of the other departments. No overtime payed, even if frequently required.
