      Nice R&D folks who work diligently.

      Cons

      Very muddled sales and objective focus. Because of its small size, too many push and pulls and cant focus on just 2 objectives and build towards that. A few bad apples in management causes headache for all.

      Passionate employees that give it their all.

      Cons

      Lunatic management that resort to a lot of yelling behind closed doors. Good managers have left as a result.
