Great people, flexible hours, great pay!

The best shifts are weekends so you do have to sacrifice some weekends to work the best shifts.

Flexible schedule. Decent rate of tips on weekends. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly customers. Helpful General Manager. Great location if you want to work in a downtown atmosphere.

Bi-weekly pay. Inexperienced ownership. Significant amount of closing duties which take a out 2 hours for one person. Very few employees so many shifts can be overwhelmed for one person, especially when events in the area are occuring. Management doesn't give you reviews or make your training priority, they will assume if things aren't done it's just because you don't know how to do it, they don't seek to question what circumstances caused the issue. No benefits. No breaks when your scheduled by yourself all day.
