Pros

Prior to starting at Tapi, you will be sent an array of questionnaires and surveys so they can get to know you adequately. On the first day everyone will greet you with a smile and ask you "how you are" they still do this to me now and the atmosphere with everyone is so calm, relaxed and we get on with our work. from being a cleaner to the CEO, you will no doubt get to know everyone There will be regular enticing conversations that are related to work and some that are not which helps make you feel at home and relaxed. There is regular fun and exciting events that are held every 2 months or so. The training plans are very laid out and each day you can expect to be wow'd by something you have learnt. courses, classifications, certifications and training are a priority to them as they want everyone to progress and make the company even better than it is now. There is clear communication from SLT and they will regularly tell everyone the goals each week and what we have achieved. Great bonus scheme to motivate and inspire which is available for all employees. equipment and tech is great aswell as they will provide you with anything you need. This is a great time for anyone to join this ever-growing prosperous business <3

Pros

Supportive colleagues and team members at the store level.

Cons

I found the operations management team difficult to approach and unwilling to listen to employee feedback. Interactions often felt like one-way conversations rather than constructive discussions, with little opportunity to share concerns or suggestions. Management appeared to be heavily focused on conversion metrics while overlooking the overall revenue being generated. Despite consistently achieving strong monthly revenue targets and maintaining the highest average transaction value on the team, these contributions were not properly recognized. The lack of communication, appreciation, and willingness to consider different perspectives created a frustrating and demotivating work environment.
