The best thing about working here is probably the Boeing discounts you get.
Cons
Little room to move up in the company. They will promise you the world to keep you there but you will never get what you're promised. Training and developing employees does not happen, you will have to teach yourself your own job. The pay is not competitive and most employees end up leaving.
