Pros
As long as the store meets its monthly sales goals the entire staff got a bonus
Cons
Upper management does not always value its staff and can overlook talent/isn't always proactive or helpful about progressing staff in their career. And crossing over from the retail side to corporate side of things seems unlikely once you're already in retail
