flexibility: not everyones loves WFH (understandable) but for those who do and enjoy having the flexibility to work a schedule that works for you, this is the place supportive team: i truly feel like tango is more like a family - not in an unprofessional way, more in that i feel empowered to speak up, share my insights/suggestions, and that every person has a place at the table and is welcome to share their concerns and also delight together in their successes great place for self-starters: if you're self-motivated, driven, and able to manage your own time effectively (w/o being micromanaged) this is the place for you. it's for super-focused, efficient workers who like to get stuff done, but don't need to be hassled or delegated or have their days planned intricately for them. for a specific personality type, but if you're that personality type, it's a beautiful, highly rewarding place to work.
Cons
-lack of 401k -WFH can get occasionally lonely - like i said previously, it's definitely a position for a certain type of personality
