Pros

Remember when you were a kid and your parent's forced you to say something nice about someone else. That's what this text field feels like. I was at Tangible for over a year, and the reason I stayed was solely because of the clients. You may learn a decent amount about digital advertising but the fact that Tangible is a small niche shop means you will be missing out on the resources and support that a larger agency can provide. Yes you will learn a lot in a short amount of time, but the knowledge you'll acquire at Tangible will go right out the door when you're ready to go to your next agency because Tangible uses out of date software. If you love video games and enjoy being a task rabbit then Tangible is for you.

Cons

Aside from wanting to work with video game clients, avoid Tangible, your career will thank you. This is a stagnant agency that's on it's last life.

Pros

Snack bar Kind people Video game accounts are cool Located in midtown Work life balance is okay depending on job title and account

Cons

Micromanaging, reports have to be checked 3 times before they are sent out by managers, ADs and directors. It’s bureaucracy at its finest also it’s incredibly inefficient. Workload isn’t balanced between teams. Most accounts are DR focused so offline and display get pushed to the back burner. Social and search are prioritized. Assistant spend 2-3 years at the same level. Industry average is 8-10 months. People are hired under false pretenses and find out later that their job titles or accounts were misrepresented. Clients are allowed to do whatever they want cause the agency is too small to fight for what’s right Media wise. Workload is seriously unbalanced between teams. Upper management doesn’t listen to the concerns of junior members of the team it’s the same complaints for years but nothing has been done. Also the kitchen is right near to the bathroom so there’s that.
