Pros
The work place is a lot of fun. The people are not competitive and want to help a lot. Everyone is really friendly and considerate also. There is a lot of encouragement to work hard, and no one punishes mistakes since they just show on the individual salary benefits.
Cons
Work is very stressful and monotonous. Breaks and off times are not fully utilized since there is always more work that must be finished before the deadline. Daily deadlines occur three times daily in the unit and there is continuous pressure to not make a single mistake.
