Business outlook

Pros

- Amazing people to work with, tons of fun during lunch (a lot of times cried laughing). - Team Leaders are very knowledgeable. - almost no politics in the office - CEO is a really cool guy, genuinely a good man - Projects Company, so you will be moved between a lot of projects, making it an amazing learning opportunity. - very diverse (if you care about those sort of stuff).

Cons

- salary is low compared to if you would have worked with the actual company you are working for. - little vacation day compared to the rest of the industry. - Project Company, meaning it can get very chaotic between projects and its a hit or miss kind of deal, as you won't know what the project is (although management do screen most of the bad projects) - human make mistakes and sometimes a project can have a lot of overtime due to bad estimations.
