Pros
The salary, but no benefits. There are some great people working there on the engineering and technical side but the recruitment team is a world of its own.
Cons
Recruitment manager runs people out the door and the owners refuse to see why. Revolving door of good recruiters leaving because it's just not worth it. Ask around to your colleagues about this team before joining, there's a reputation that it sadly lives up to.
