Good Company to work for

None that I can think of

Small facility with close team harmony - mid to lower managment as well as fellow associates. All are driven and wanting to produce a great, quality product. Lots of jumping in to help out when possible

Senior and upper management, in contrast, minimize and invalidate efforts of team. Solutions offered are negated yet individuals are constantly being held against a firing squad and expected/ demanded to produce unrealist results. Lack of knowledge/ignorance of what the ground troops do complicates working relationships. Directions to business practices can change to polar opposites within 72 hours.
