Great place to work - Associate Manager Human Resources TanServ Employee Review

It is completely a fraud company. Yet they didn't paid the expense amount of worked days (approximately 1year). At the time of lock down, they stopped giving salary to new employees and made them quit the job themselves, by that they made a safe place to old employees. They never paid expense for the work done. Anybody wants to join this company, please think twice, thrice or more than that before joining. I couldn't join on new job or couldn't find money for our daily bread on that lock down period. A company is enough for making a family on it's worse situation ever gone through. So new joiners be careful.

Tanserv is a place which one must not join at any condition. Their management is shallow and dsnt understand providing time and space to a new joiner. They expect people to deliver results withing 2-3 days of joining. Insensitive towards their employees genuine concerns. It seems that they dnt even beleive or have any faith in the existing staff or newly appointees. Neither their managers nor their associates like to work here and almost every is searching out. They are typical Laala type of any organisation
