      Pros

      Amazing bosses and customers, if we got health insurance or any type of pay raise/incentives I would stay. You aren’t micromanaged, you can dress as you like, etc.

      Cons

      It’s just a job for college students, and in-between jobs not a place you can really stay at. Very high turnover

      They say you can tan for free, but you never had time. Work alone

      Cons

      Pay was horrible and not by the book. I had to call BOLI and report the franchise owner
