Pros

Great hours (630am-3pm), after work I still have plenty of time left to take care of other stuffs. Great culture and lots of nice people to work with. Upper management is very involved and provides great support.

Cons

Very busy company, little to no down time but that actually makes the time at work go by really fast. However, if you’re not a fan of working hard and contributing to an establishment, this isn’t the place for you!! Run!

Pros

The Emoloyee lunches they have once every 3 months (but they brag about them so much that you think it’s going to be this COOL thing & it’s just a food truck & an extra 15 mins added to your lunch).

Cons

We continue to do our best at improving the company moral as well as growing and learning each day with the feedback that we get from all the people we work with. We have been in business for almost 40 years and still strive to do our best to show appreciation for all the hard work that goes into making this company successful. Providing company luncheons every 3 months or more often is a big deal for us. We are proud that we can offer extra time and food so that our employees as well as managers have time to interact with each other away from the daily grind. It’s too often we find ourselves stuck in a groove and don't take the time to interact as much as we would like to. Continuing to improve our company culture is an ongoing commitment that we are proud to take part in. On the other side we do our best to make sure our employees are treated equally whether you are on the production floor or the office. Being a production-based company there are different rules that apply to ensure we stay as productive as possible throughout each day. Our employees interact daily with each other whether it is related to work or not, but making sure that each individual’s job duties are completed on a daily basis is our job as management, we never ask anyone to go above and beyond their job duties or requirements. Staying on track and focused is what makes this company successful and finding people that are dedicated and look to advance is something that we look for in each individual that works for Tamshell.
