Those who speak out and mention this are deemed trouble makers, despite being substantially more qualified and experienced (track record of exceptional student outcomes, MAs, PhDs) simply because their face doesn't fit. SLT will interview those who do not meet the full criteria of the post, demonstrating a complete lack of competence in the selection processes.
