4yThank you for your feedback! While the pandemic has been a challenging period, we have used the time to re-engineer ourselves with new go-to-market initiatives and strategies. Fortunately or unfortunately depending on your perspective, that no longer includes appointment setting. We're training our team members for personalized service in the field. We do pay for mileage reimbursement, but it does require tracking and submitting it through our reimbursement platform. Luckily, there is a mobile app for that to keep it convenient.
