Small team, Little growth opportunity

There are not any, I warn anyone to "Run" and "Run Fast" unless you absolutely need the job. If you take it - start looking for a new one ASAP.

The company has a very poor performance record as indicated by its repeat business. Company Management is self serving and they do not hesitate to take "exaggeration" to unbelieveable levels. Hard work is not the reason for earning respect. Results do not earn you respect. Company Management has frequent inter-departmental battles openly cussing and screaming at each other. I was embarrassed to tell anyone in the industry where I worked. There are many horror stories I could share.
