Pros
Was fortunate to have good teammates around me and the camaraderie within the team was good.
Cons
1. Extremely regressive policies like: having to sign a bond every year if you want the appraisal, submitting of original documents until you leave the company, long working hours with regimented breaks like a school, non-existent half day policy, having to submit medical certificate for any sick leave you take, just to name a few. 2. The management indulges in extreme micromanagement and constant surveillance, which suggests they never trust any of the employees. Expect to be under constant supervision where you have to send work reports 5 times a day. They expect flexibility from employees like working on weekends but will never be flexible themselves. 3. Do not expect any support from the HR whatsoever. The HR is extremely uncooperative and unapproachable. The HR is always rigid and has zero flexibility or empathy towards the employees. Often bordering on arrogant and rude. 4. The work environment is extremely toxic. You are not allowed to talk loudly or laugh in the office without prior permission from the HR. There is a lot of office politics and sycophancy that goes on, often encouraged by the management. The employees are usually treated like prisoners.
