Cons
Need more formal training, especially in the newer technologies we are trying to implement. Self-training and cross-training between departments is good and important but mastery of certain skills and successful implementation of projects that require those skills is also important. Also, so much to do but not enough resources, given the strict timelines we have on many projects. No regular work-from-home policy to allow for managing family/personal issues. That said, management is very understanding about adhoc issues coming up and of course, unexpected or extreme weather conditions.
