      Pros

      Small company with great people and great opportunities. The product is really amazing and it's great to work on something that is really changing the current situation in the recruiting world.

      Cons

      No dedicated office in the US and the team is remote, which is a downer for some people.

      Pros

      Flexible remote work, unless someone in another time zone demands something of you.

      Cons

      Zero company culture. No organizational structure. A product that when working correctly, racially profiles people then phishes them and a leadership team that thinks their s*** doesn't stink... the last review had it down RUN before you work here or even use this tool for your organization! I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy if they were genuinely trying to find diverse talent.
