TalentWave serves a diverse and interesting spectrum of clients across many industries. It’s amazing to see how every department here has a stake and a genuine interest in caring for our clients and helping them to successfully manage their contingent workforce programs. The cross-functional teamwork, and the ability to be involved in many aspects of the business, make this a fun and interesting place to come to work each day. There’s always something new to learn! I have a lot of respect for the leadership team. They are true industry pros and know this vertical so well. What I appreciate is their willingness, and open-door policy to help mentor and guide employees who are newer to this ‘space’ and impart their knowledge in a supportive, kind, patient and enthusiastic way. Across the company, there are many good, smart, fun people here and I value the professional and personal relationships I’ve developed here very much. It’s truly a nice place to work.
