Pros
-Flexible/Remote opportunities (some of the time, depends on your manager)
-Plenty of PTO
-Beautiful campus
-Great team of co-workers
-Management was great until the acquisition (then all the good ones left)
-Overall culture was great until the acquisition.
- Free snacks (sometimes)
Cons
-There is no consistency in the company- some managers let you work remote whenever you want, and some never do at all.
-Raises and promotions are promised, yet never actually happen. You will be stuck making a barley livable wage no matter how long you've been with the company and no matter how much work you put in. They claim they can't promote due to a "hiring freeze" then proceed to bring on several new employees at one time.
- Lack of training for new employees.
-Sales team sells anything they can to meet quota without setting expectations with the client- when the project fails, it falls on the recruiter who was never involved with the scoping process.
-Unrealistic agency metrics are implemented but not incentivized in any way.
-Micro management- most managers still present after the acquisition constantly breathe down your neck. There is no trust amongst leadership and employees.
-Management/leadership lacks the experience needed to manage a team in a corporate setting.
-No transparency/communication from senior leadership or managers. Every manager/ team has a different perception of what the rules are and how the company should be ran.
-Lack of job stability resulting in a toxic culture.
