Unfortunately, leadership is completely out of touch with the realities of the business. Decisions were made without considering their long-term impact, and there was a clear disconnect between upper management and the employees actually driving results. Leadership prioritized hiring more executives with high salaries while laying off dedicated team members who had been with the company for years.
Additionally, they offshored much of our operations to India, significantly impacting efficiency and internal processes. Compensation was also cut, yet expectations continued to rise. There was an overemphasis on sales without recognizing that our recruiting function was the backbone of the company—without it, we were setting ourselves up for failure.
