My team was great. Nice people and I enjoyed working with them as long as the owners weren't in the office, when they came in, the atmosphere changed because everyone is scared of the them.

The business owners are impossible to work with. One is an alcoholic and has anger management issues and is a keyboard warrior sending abusive emails while under the influence late at night and the early hours of the morning. He doesn't pay suppliers but whinge about our clients paying invoices late. The other owner is gutless and doesn't stand up for what is right. Staff are treated badly by the owners, they don't pay commissions owed to consultants or final pays and annual leave entitlements when people resign. Staff have to go to fair work to get what is owed. Which is time consuming and means long delays in getting what their final pay. On top of that they don't keep super payments up to date and consistently pay wages late.
