Talbert House staff retention has dramatically improved since the pandemic ended and the job market stabilized over the last two years after people started returning to work. We have also significantly improved wages and made several market-based wage adjustments for staff, including staff in our Warren-Clinton Prevention Services. In less than 2 years, Warren/Clinton staff members have been given 4 salary increases as a result of annual program performance evaluations and also as we’ve requested increased funding from our external funding partners. Our prevention teams are critical to our mission and are under the management of very dedicated, experienced leaders who provide exceptional support to the team, especially through flexible work schedules and training.
