Company culture and support of employees is as low as a company can get. There seems to be a good ol boys club at the company that center around the CTO, and will get away with anything. Even when major issues with Systems, business processes and the core product exist, the people who created them are still on board and continuing to manage and maintain broken processes and ignore security issues.
The entire Executive team was let go and or resigned along with the company restructured between February to May of 2016, I am not sure how much longer this company will be around.
