      Pros

      A great group of people who really care about the work they are doing and products they are delivering. New offices opened in Central London last summer - the office is well located and benefits on in office days are good.

      Cons

      Some senior directors tend to take a 'my way or the highway' attitude which causes problems for other members of the team

      good but not great benefits

      Very disorganized management and company. T2 is basically a holding company and lets the labels, especially Rockstar, have free rein to do what they want with no accountability to T2 management. T2 employees always criticize Rockstar and their employees as arrogant. Workplace is a cluster with no real input and are at the mercy of the labels and their directions - just puppets bending to the whims of the labels. Very difficult to make change
