      - extremely transparent down to what needs to be done to survive and most importantly, thrive - open minded environment, everyone has something to add - real team feel, kind of place you want to be not have to be - unlimited growth potential, personal and professional

      Fast moving so can be stressful Need to be able to think on your feet and be creative with solutions in this ever changing space

      Pros

      -Taiv treats everyone like an owner -They provides tools to set one up for success -The company is always open to suggestions and feedback -The team... all around a dream to work alongside each and every member! -Huge opportunities to move up at the company!!

      Cons

      -Every role at the company is crucial. This often requires a lot of stress & pressure to achieve goals across all departments. -Fast pace work environment that is always changing (for the better). Have to be able to adapt quick and made intelligent trade offs. -Odd tasks may fall outside of 'job description'.
