Pros

- Remote work - Some good people (but often they move to different team/leave company) - Free dog food

Cons

- Really bad for confidence and independence. Strict tone of voice rules, penalised for going off script. - Major quantity over quality attitude, which works for some people, but not at all made clear in interview process - Lack of progression opportunities - Unhelpful, unpleasant atmosphere created by the necessity to "reach targets" - Very hierarchical. Most management lacks competency to manage teams. - Call-centre feel to it

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience -it’s really disappointing that you felt this way during your time here. It’s not the experience that we want any of our team to have. We want to give everyone at tails.com the development they crave and in order to do this, we give every employee training on how to drive their own development. For our Customer Experience team, we’ve been working on an in-house training programme specifically designed for them which will be rolled out very soon. Alongside this, every manager and leader has now completed our in-house management training programme to ensure they give our teams a great experience. Thanks once again for taking the time to give us your feedback, we take it seriously and it helps us make working at tails.com even better. Henrik Malmquist Head of People

Pros

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career.

Cons

Working for a company offers steady income, benefits, and a built-in team, along with structure and chances to grow your skills and career. On the flip side, you trade away some control over your time and decisions, deal with office politics and bureaucracy, and face limits on flexibility and earning potential. It’s a balance of security and structure versus autonomy and upside.
