Pros

My co-workers are great! Some positive changes have occurred.

You must have eyes in the back of your head as this organization has built a culture of 'Watch your Back'....I've never witnessed a Management Team (this includes the owner and his minions) that spend more time covering their tracks, lying about each other, throwing each other under the bus and blaming everyone else for issues when their own department is a mess! Too much turnover, too many releases because somebody doesn't like somebody else, too much work with too few employees, little direction, too much confusion and the people pushing for more results are the ones sitting behind closed doors with no clue of life on the floor. I would seriously challenge any previous positive reviews as I exist in this environment and I know what the true culture is and it's anything but positive. Many of us who are looking elsewhere are simply here until we can move on.

Great company to work for. The ownership really wants the best for their customers and employees. I would work for them again in a heartbeat

I honestly cannot think of one positive thing to include.

Cons

Leadership focuses more on finding reasons to terminate employees than on developing them. A small clique dominates the culture with gossip and exclusion, creating a toxic environment. In over 30 years of professional experience, I’ve never seen employees treated so poorly. Being let go from TailWind felt less like a loss and more like being set free.
