Horrible leadership, c suite has no business acumen whatsoever, and they find any and every excuse not to pay commission. In fact, no sales rep in the history of the company has ever been actually paid out their commission. The "solution" is basically a cheap, unreliable piece of hardware made by a Chinese company that also white labels for other companies. Check out the FCC filing for their flag ship SKU (SSL100-SU) - it is identical and even references their competitor, Roambee.
