Pros

- Tight-knit design team of upwards 20 people where we can share ideas and great laughter. Different projects going on at the same time so there's a wide range of skills between each individual, so there's lots to learn from each other and great opportunities to grow and specialise certain skills (if you desire). - Exciting projects, though mainly in the aviation industry - Maximum amount for wellness benefit for Swedish standards - Yearly conference trips, activities all year round both for your team and company-wide - Great benefits from parent company (Panasonic avionics) like employee discounts for Panasonic products - Lax work from home policy - Cozy office space, you have your own desk where you can make yourself 'home' - Fruits and breakfast provided everyday, + coffee and tea and some other goods - A blend between consulting and in-house product development - Office is at a great location! - Flat hierarchy, no middle management, in design there are team coaches / mentors who help with discussions about growth within the company - Great gender ratio

Cons

- Base salary can be quite low for both junior and senior positions, on the other hand, you have the opportunity to negotiate towards more generous raises, there's a yearly retrospective at the start of every year, the format is free flowing and you have a semi-formal discussion with your nearest team coach - Lack of diversity within the company - Because the work from home policy is quite lax, the office can be quite empty most of the time - You can get stuck on one project a lot and find it difficult to phase out due to having a lot of knowledge on one customer project (hard to find replacements)
