Pros

Relaxed management Cool coworkers Somewhat flexible hours Free food If a customer is being really rude to you the managers don’t care if you’re rude back and will most likely kick them out or make them apologize to you

Cons

Same as below BUT. Management expects you to telepathically control the customers order. They’ll act like you somehow have control over a customer when they say no to extra sour cream. WE CAN NOT CONTROL WHETHER THEY WANT IT OR NOT. Be prepared to annoy the customers with the upsale policy. With every item they order you have to ask if they want to add extra beef or sour cream. The management gets a bonus off the percentage of upsales each month so prepare to be yelled at if you forget. Unfair wages. Some of the managers will sit in the office while your working but will immediately harass you if they see you taking a quick break You basically do more work than management You can’t wear a personal coat in drive thru you have to purchase a company one Allen the “big boss” is annoying Be prepared to be sexually harassed if you’re good looking or have a nice butt

Rude management Unfair pay No lunch breaks No fresh air breaks if you dont smoke Not allowed to sit Not allowed to stop to get a drink No food or drinks infront of customers Racist isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Homophobia isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Ableism isn't taken seriously and often isn't punished Management will verbally put you down if you dont do good enough Very understaffed Works you 10+ hours in one day
