Pros
Taco Bell runs a tight ship in terms of rules, food, and regulations. The overarching franchise is determined to keep the level of quality at their restaurants high, and the work environment reflects that. We never ran out of supplies and I always understood what I had to do.
Cons
At times, the working environment was very negative, which did not make it easy to work positively. This was not the norm, but it was common enough to point out here.
