Pros
-Benefits are ok. -You get something to put on a resume. -Pay is what you would expect. -Your experience will really depend on management style at your particular location.
Cons
I have worked here for several years now. When I started, it was great! We had an awesome manager and team. We hit all of our goals and were shown appreciation. A couple of years back our RGM left the company. The new RGM is very rude and shows no appreciation for any of the work you do. I have not received a "fair" raise in years. I now hate my job. I have to fight with management to get a day off. I have complained to HR about these things, and also some problems that could be considered sexual harassment. No one seems to care. I am looking for a new job now.
