Great place to work. The team has strong bond and working with each other is easy. Focusing on real work related issues with political dramas. Comparable benefits to other public companies. Management cares about its employees.

As a startup company, budget is tight and thus facility is mediocre which is not a big deal. No year bonuses in the later years (no one actually expects bonuses in start-up companies).
