Pros
Working directly with senior partners and also top-level clients: C-Level executives, board members, shareholders/entrepreneurs and investment bankers. Very high standards for analytical skills. Frequent in-depth, formal appraisals, every 6 months and at the end of each project (when performance is not at par, a heads-up appraisal is done ad-hoc). Promotion and remuneration are tied to these performance reviews. Work-life balance way better than usual management consulting firms (e.g. almost no weekend work).
Cons
VERY high standards for analytical skills; usually only engineers perform as expected. Not an international brand name, so it doesn't contribute much for your CV.
