-Absolutely NO training given for new employees -Feedback is often given in the form of insults or public shaming -There is no communication from management, and you are talked down for not guessing what is expected of you -Management tries to limit communication between team members -Hostile work environment created by management -Management is unprofessional and would rather personally attack a team member than admit they was wrong about something -Senior management does not listen to the concerns of employees, and would rather cover up situations than find solutions -Management bases decisions off of personal opinions rather than business/professional reasons -Management does not allow you to voice your opinions or ask questions, as it is seen as being defiant -Senior Management insisted that we do not speak with HR about our issues that were not being addressed
