- Low team morale - Management choose to give out false promises/hope instead of just being straight - Limited progression - Certain people are punished harsher then others for exact same reason - Choosing people for certain promotions before interviews have taken place - Some people paid more then others when they do exactly the same job - Watching really upbeat nice colleagues deteriorate into unhappy quiet people , becoming that ill they have to sign off work
