      Pros

      The coworkers are great. Very helpful and Emily in Oswego is so easy to work with. Car allowance is better than average.

      Cons

      Worst management I've ever been involved in over 25 years. Lay off prone. Poor money management. IT Dept is slow and equipment supplied is outdated or overly controlled by IT Dept . Insurance is high deductible and not what you would hope for.

      Pros

      Good pay, good union, allows radio usage, good benefits, incredible peers who will help you out

      Cons

      Barely workable to terrible leadership, horrible communication between shifts at all levels, departments working against each other instead of with each other, bosses throwing out backhanded insults or even yelling at you in front of other employees

      Pros

      The production staff, sales team, and office staff are all great people to work with. Everyone gets along well.

      Cons

      Senior management (USA) has no respect for the employees. They do not stick to any sort of direction or goals, but expect results.
