Cons
Highly Disorganized ( I still have yet to receive a paycheck from them when I last worked at Tynet.) I never signed a HIPAA compliance form while employed which is legally mandatory for an employee to sign in order to work in the Healthcare Industry, especially Medicaid/Medicare; The person who was in charge of my training always showed up 10-30 minutes late this happened often (I'm not sure if I can even say I resigned because I doubt they filed my I-9, since I had to practically beg them to get me a form). Word of advice if you are selected for an interview, forget it and walk into Burnett's Staffing next door (Tynet and Burnett's are both on the same floor) and inquire about employment; trust me! You'll thank me in the long run.
