Pros
A mid size company with big ambitions. TVT offered lots of opportunity to learn and get involved. While the company lacked any traditional benefits it was flexible with staff who needed time off for issues at home.
Cons
Salaries are comparatively low and there are no company benefits. The cost cutting nature of the company also meant that the day to day running of operations could be made unnecessary problematic.
