      Exceptional group of individuals who are motivated and talented. Extremely transparent with company projections and revenue. They will promote based on merit and hard work.

      Some team members can be complacent.

      Pros

      CEO seem eccentric but overall kind. VP was amazing to work with had a production at first seemed to have my best interest, however seemed like she was trying to get rid of me.

      Cons

      They never fully told me why it was that they were letting me go. They said the account no longer needed a senior producer.
