Pros
It does have benefits (which the vast majority of warehouse workers are too underpaid to be able to afford anyway)
Cons
Old school HR practices. They don’t care about the happiness or well being of employees-extreme loyalty to the perceived bottom line of the org. Don’t expect them to have your back if there’s a problem with a manager or even another employee. They turn a blind eye to awful management practices and mismanage harassment cases. No remote work (even though my job could have been done entirely remote if allowable). Not a progressive company. Note they don’t give off for MLK, Juneteenth, etc and there’s no acknowledgment of other minority holidays. No room for upward mobility. You likely wouldn’t be promoted even if there was opportunity. They’ll hire new management in rather than promote one of their own internally. Majority of workers are very underpaid. You’ll see plenty of nepotism in action (horrible employees kept onboard bc of their relationship with another employee). I received no orientation and not even one moment of training. Was just left to try to figure things out on the job alone, then criticized when it wasn’t done to manager’s liking. Turnover is very high. They’ve lost so many employees lately and they will continue to drop. No green initiatives. No mission statement or core values. The culture is severely under-developed. They paint a sunny picture on the surface but it’s all ugly underneath.
