Terrible - Travel Adviser TUI Group Employee Review

training is poor or non existent managers have no idea how to manage anyone and most have been pushed through to management to quick its more of a power play than a job. you are chucked in the deep end and expected to get on with it but will be embarrassed or told off when you make a mistake no help no support pay is terrible for the work involved. very clicky atmosphere if you don't click you wont fit. hours are horrible not many benefits for the amount of stress this job can cause
