Pros
If you´d like to travel and want to know people from all around the world, you should definately apply by TUI. I have earned a lot of customer service skills and guest relations skills and I have been dealing with many critical issues which made my personality stronger.
Cons
Do not wait for some extras if you work overhours or anything out of the contract. There are some concrete rules and no way to compromise. Anyway a good experince for me because I am a fan of structure and system work.
