Pros
(Possible pro’s) Depending on where you are you could have a nice team. You do get discounts on holidays (not generous) this goes up each year you’ve worked for the company if you can survive that long.
Cons
I honestly do not know how there are good reviews on here. The company does not care about you as an individual, it only cares about how much money you make for them. The commission is disgusting, for every £1000 you take in, you will get £3 commission. So if you sell a £2000 Holiday you will ONLY get £6. They have lowered commission in the busy period (Jan/Feb) so they don’t spend a lot of money on our commissions. In the quiet period you will be lucky to take home £20 extra, oh and you only get commissions if you hit your unrealistic targets so most of the time you won’t get anything for your hard work. They expect A LOT from every employee, not only is it selling holidays but you have to sell 100 extras and if you forget one then you’re in trouble. All of this hard work for the worst salary, full timers averagely get £12,500pa, you probably get more working in a supermarket that doesn’t give you the pressure. They bribe you to work harder for pay rises and say you can get up to 10% pay rise dependent on your rank in the company, a few employees I know we’re super sellers (in the top 50 out of thousands) and they got a 1% pay rise! Hard work doesn’t pay off in this company. Overall it’s poorly paid, not many benefits and get empty promises from the company, I still work here but am desperately trying to leave so please don’t waste your time!!!
