Friendly working atmosphere with great leadership

The bonus scheme is very unfair. Our results have been published and we've apparently had a 'bad year' yet all management still received their huge bonus payments yet the lower bands that graft and do lots of the work get absolutely nothing atall. Not even a 1% payrise.
