Not bad, but stale in retail. - Travel Advisor TUI Group Employee Review

Company are a bit stale at retail level. No real innovation or desire to implement change. Rhetoric of being customer focused but will gladly ignore customer complaints and make it extremely long-winded and complex for customers to complain - the cynic among us may suggest this is to deter complaints. Extremely target driven leading to Regional sales Managers talking to store managers like dirt - in front of colleagues. The company is rife with backstabbing for bookings too (our store is an exception!).
